I found this video on our camera from several weeks ago. I was still on my maternity leave and he was just starting to smile. I should have uploaded this a long time ago! (I think it cuts off early. Sorry!)
At the time, his random small smile or two seemed so exciting. Jacoby is now 11 weeks old and smiling big smiles ALL the time! He also "talks" to us a lot and is very entertained by his mobile and play gym. He now holds his arms out straight in front of him while he is on his back, but doesn't quite know how to reach for anything yet. (I like to put a toy in his hand and pretend that he knows it is there when he obviously doesn't.) He especially holds his left arm out all the time, especially on his changing table. Perhaps a little left-handed tennis player? Hmm...
